"Man I've been to many taco bells but this one had super good food the only issue I had was trying to get into the restroom to wash my hands the manager refused to give me a code like it was some kind of secret that if he told he would loose his life thats the only issue I had and based on that ill never be going there again but the food was super fresh and really good compared to all taco bells I've gone to in my life"

"Me & my brother came to taco bell @ (5506 E Mockingbird Ln, Dallas, TX 75206) The food was quickly served, place very clean, wht really stood out and impressed me was a Employee named JOSH ,he really went above and beyond with helping 3 guys that didn't know how to order from the touch screen and there was a language difference between Josh and the 3 men . But that didn't stop Josh from reaching out and helping each of them 1 by 1,showing them how to order food & drinks, he was very patient and kind with them, a Employee like josh is wht makes anyplace Outstanding and makes people come back. Outstanding job i had to acknowledge Josh and tell him he had great customer service."

"I was there for a Saturday night at midnight and I really want to praise the staff because they kept it together. They were overloaded with orders and remained calm and collected and worked efficiently to ensure they could get out as many orders as possible. Big shout out to the midnight crew! "I never go inside Taco Bell but I really had to use the restroom so I had to go in and I was very surprised at how good of an experience I had! The bathroom was super clean - in fact the entire restaurant was super clean. I ordered the new caramel frozen coffee drink and it is soooo good! The staff was also super friendly! Great experience! Update: went again last night and had an even better experience! Live how the team gets along and is so friendly!!"

"Dude, this was the coolest Taco Bell I’ve been to. This location has a drink bar with an expanded selection of drinks including agua frescas and coffees. Location was clean, food was made to order, staff was friendly, customer service was on point and the manager actually came out and greeted everyone at their tables making sure everyone was pleased with their orders. My new favorite location in the metroplex. Great personal touch!"
